Returns of unsold copies of previous editions
- Resellers applying for return credit must be operating within their account limits to receive credit.
- Credit will only be offered against paid-for copies. Any complimentary or promotional copies will not be eligible for credit.
- The credit offered will be the price originally paid for the product.
- The number of copies returned for credit must not exceed 50% of the paid-for quantity supplied against the final order of the previous edition.
- In cases where copies being returned are from the initial/only order of the previous edition, the number of copies returned for credit must not exceed more than 10% of the quantity supplied in that order.
- Complete covers (front, back and spine) must be returned before any credit is applied.
- Returned covers must have been returned to us by 28 March 2025.
Returns of 1 - 4 copies
For returns of 1 to 4 copies, you will receive credit for each returned unsold copy, and this credit can only be used against the order of one copy of the new edition.
Returns of 5 or more copies
For 5 or more returned copies, you will receive credit for every two unsold copies returned, and this can only be used against the order of one copy of the new edition.
