Docmap 2026: A New Standard in Maritime Safety Management

We are pleased to introduce Docmap 2026, the latest version of our QHSE management software, designed to help maritime teams work more efficiently, access the right information faster, and simplify compliance across their operations. Document version comparison

Compare documents instantly and see what has been added, removed, or updated. This feature improves transparency and consistency, making it easier for teams to identify changes and maintain version control.

Risk assessment improvements

The redesigned user interface offers more flexibility and insight. The new dynamic table layout reflects traditional maritime workflows and allows users to intuitively add, remove, or reorder risks & mitigation measures. Users can now create and link actions directly, refine risk data more easily, and view colour-coded tables of content for faster interpretation.

Quickly compare document versions to see exactly what has been added, removed, or updated, helping teams maintain clear version control.
Complete operational reports such as noon reports directly within Docmap using structured webforms that simplify onboard reporting and record keeping.
The redesigned risk assessment interface enables users to add, reorder, and manage hazards and mitigation measures more easily using a dynamic table layout aligned with maritime workflows.
Use structured review forms to verify that vessel certificates are uploaded, valid, and kept up to date as part of routine compliance checks.

Docmap Mobile – redesigned and now available

We’re also introducing the newly refactored Docmap Mobile app, now available for download on both iOS and Android. This version replaces the previous mobile app, which has been removed from app stores and is no longer supported.

Docmap Mobile has been completely rebuilt to deliver a smoother, more streamlined user experience with improved performance and reliability. It is designed to better support safety and compliance workflows wherever your teams operate.

Key enhancements include: 

  • Support for additional fields in the Incidents & Actions module
  • Single Sign-On (SSO) login options for simpler and more secure access
  • Added webform capability, allowing users to complete forms on the go, including offline
