The Ability Profiling (APRO) courses provide a practical introduction to using APRO as an effective tool for assessing candidates’ abilities and potential. Delivered live via Microsoft Teams, the programme combines theory, application and best-practice guidance to ensure participants can confidently use and interpret APRO in a professional recruitment or assessment environment.

Across two interactive sessions, participants will learn how APRO was developed, what it reveals about candidates, how to interpret test results accurately, and how to apply ethical and technical standards when using the assessment.

Key topics include:
  • The development and purpose of APRO
  • Understanding what APRO measures in candidates
  • Interpreting APRO test results
  • Test conditions and prerequisites
  • Ethical guidelines and responsible use
